The 2025 Fay B. Kaigler call for workshop has now closed. Thank you to everyone who submitted!
Sessions generally last 45-60 minutes. The proposals are selected via blind review, and each individual is limited to two (2) submissions. Proposals are due by November 4, 2024.
Please submit application materials at
Authors of accepted proposals will receive notification via email on or before December 20, 2024. Individual presenters receive one (1) complimentary registration and group presenters will receive two (2) complimentary registrations per breakout session, regardless of the number of presenters at that session. Complimentary registrations do include luncheons.
Presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and presentation materials.
