Why Study Construction Management?

A degree in construction management teaches graduates how to plan and manage the work flow, personnel, equipment, and processes required to safely and ethically construct a project on time and within budget using best practices and current technology. Our graduates are high in demand in all sectors of the construction industry.

The Construction Management program is accredited by the American Council for Construction Education ().

  1. Annual student enrollment and graduation data is published.
  2. The degree program Quality Improvement Plan includes the following:
    1. Faculty report the achievement of performance targets for the ACCE Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) identified on the curriculum map which maps the 20 ACCE SLOs to major courses.
    2. Alumni survey data results are reviewed.
    3. Industry Advisory Council members review 6-8 courses an academic year and provide feedback for improvements.
