Bio
Dr. Ke Gong is an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business and Economic Development at Å·ÃÀAV. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Iowa State University. Dr. Gong’s research centers on corporate ethical and unethical behaviors, focusing on their antecedents, outcomes, and interrelationships. His work has been published in esteemed journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Research, Management and Organization Review, and Strategic Organization. Additionally, he serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Asia Pacific Journal of Management. Before transitioning to academia, Dr. Gong accumulated over ten years of industry experience, including six years as a senior business analyst at Intel.
