Dr. Jon Stavres
Assistant Professor
Bio
Dr. Stavres earned his BS and MS in Exercise Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his PhD in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University before completing his postdoctoral fellowship at the Penn State Heart and Vascular Institute. His research focuses on cardiovascular control and autonomic regulation in healthy adults and individuals with chronic disease.
